Our Bully Busters Trainers

The Bully Busters training team is committed to excellence in meeting your school's needs in bullying prevention training and consultation.

Melanie K. Scheumann, M.S., is a licensed school counselor and secondary education teacher. Mrs. Scheumann has recently retired from the field of education after 33 years of teaching and school counseling. She has also been an adjunct professor at Indiana/Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ms. Scheumann was awarded Teacher of the Year at Haverhill Elementary School. She is a life long member of the Indiana Counseling Association where she has held several leadership positions.
David L. Jolliff, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor with the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. Since 1999, Dave has been affiliated with the Bully Project at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He has offered teacher training seminars on reducing violent behavior in schools both in the US and Europe. He is currently working on two books related to violence prevention and treatment in schools and in families.
Sandy Moliere, M.S., is a licensed school counselor with 36 years of experience teaching and counseling. Ms. Moliere has worked as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana, and is also a certified mental health counselor. In addition to individual trainings, Sandy co-trains Bully Busters with her husband, Dr. Dave Jolliff.
