The Bully Busters program is an evidence-based program designed to reduce bullying in your elementary, junior high or middle school. It can supplement and enhance any conflict mediation programs your school already has in place. Bully Busters is effective because it is a comprehensive program that addresses all the major components of the bullying problem.

Bully Busters combines a number of strategies, all of which have proven successful:

A systemic, whole-school approach
Helping not only the child who bullies, but the target and bystander
Offering both intervention and prevention techniques
Utilizing both psycho-educational and intervention-based approaches
Increasing staff self-confidence
Utilizing ongoing staff support

We offer a range of workshop and training options for schools, from one day team leader workshops to 2 and 3 day support team trainings.

	One day team leader workshops	Support team trainings
Cost	$189 per participant $169 Early Bird Discount	$3,000-$6,200 per school
Audience	School counselors, social workers, psychologists, administrators, school nurses, teachers, coaches, resource officers	Support teams of up to 10 individuals per school. Up to 5 schools may be trained at the same training.
Description	In this intensive one day workshop, you will learn how to implement the Bully Busters program, train and lead a school-wide Bully Busters support team in your school.	The support team training is designed to train a group of professionals and support personnel in your school to implement the Bully Busters program. This training may be used as a supplement to the one day workshop or as an alternative to the one-day workshop. View tutorial
